Lido von Lancaster is a stunning 2 year old golden sable German Shepherd. He has the body of a  very well bred German import but the heart of the Cowardly Lion. It was a painful experience for him to even have his pictures taken, he rather be back in his foster home, with the other dogs in the family who are his support system.  The pictures do not do him justice, he closed his eyes in most of the pictures. He loves dogs, so he needs a home with other dogs. We can only imagine that life hasn't been good to him, he is very wary, if you just let him be he will come up behind you and give you a quick nuzzle. He needs someone special who will give him time to come around in his own way. He needs someone who doesn't expect him to be a big tough guy but love him for his gentle, gentle soul. Lido comes from an area filled with breeders, we imagine that no one wanted him because he was so worried. To meet him is to fall in love, he is amazing.
